Kettlebell training is used to enhance strength, flexibility, and cardic fitness. Kettlebells were officially adopted by the former Soviet Union to keep their population physically fit.
Kettlebells are weighted spheres with a handle. As you swing the KB through space it's center of gravity changes, challenging the bodies stabilizers, core muscles, balance and cardio systems.
Kettlebells are safe, fun, and have really taken off from the Main Line gyms to Philadelphia.
Cornerstone Physical Therapy employs KB training with rehabilitation. We also offer introductory training. As you become proficient, you can join more advanced kettlebell training with www.B2kravmaga.com.
If you are interested in kettlebells please call our office and ask to talk to Louis or Andrew Carreon.
